Patient Experience

The Patient Experience is all the ways a patient interacts with our hospitals. When patients have a good experience, they are usually more satisfied and may even get better health results.

It is very important to understand what patients need and what they prefer. This helps us improve the quality of care we provide. By paying attention to the patient experience, healthcare providers and hospitals can find areas that need improvement and give more effective care.
